Were these really the best cartoonists they could find? The only nu cartoon cartoons short I liked so far is buttons gamezone. The og shorts had some stinkers too but it also had some truly excellent ones. Why is this generation’s cartoonists so shit and why were 90s cartoonists so much better?
Probably the worst one yet. Who takes the opportunity to make a pilot and just makes PBS generic brand bullshit?

>>153623937I honestly really liked this one. It had a Mike Lu and Og vibe in terms of feeling more low stakes and mellow which compared to all the screaming in the other shorts was very welcome. The style is a bit rough at first but I got used to it and enjoyed the uniqueness. Characters are fine, I can see them improve with more exploration in episodes, and each one has an archetype that easily bounce of one another and even some good antagonists who probably will never do anything truly heinous but enough to spur them on.I can't really rank all at once just like that but this one is in the top 5 for me.
