For preface, I stopped watching when they fired Justin Roiland. Early Rick & Morty had some really good episodes and, later on, my favorite episode is the Fortune Cookie episode; It just had nonstop laughs from start to finish. In general, I hate all the world building. Venture Bros had the same problem where they really started caring too much about having huge organizations and tons of characters.
