From the main series, I'm particularly fond of issue 131 and its "international" versions of the Simpsons.

Reading Radioactive Man is an absolute must, though. Top-tier superhero parody.

There are also the Bart Simpson Comics which aren't as good but sometimes had more freedom to be weird and canon-breaking
