Would he actually like Queen or would he dismiss it as just more uncultured primitive human trash? I imagine songs like "Princes of the Universe" and "I Want It All" would speak to him on a personal level, but all the songs about love and relationships would be offputting.

I don't think his ideology was as deep as people think it is. I think he just wanted loyalty and absolute control above all else, and everything else was propaganda to get his men to go along with that.

I don't believe he purged half the population so the "strongest" would survive, but so the ones most loyal to him and willing to do his bidding would be the only ones left. I also don't believe he was pissed his soldiers were falling in love, he was pissed they were insubordinate and were developing loyalties outside of the empire.

He uses most of his kids as disposable cannon fodder, but he clearly favored some over others and was enraged when one of his favorite sons died. So he does have some concept of "love" himself, even if its warped and psychopathic.

So, to answer your question: he'd probably like Queen just fine and would see no hypocrisy in enjoying it. Freddy was probably a Viltrumite spy himself.
