It's at least 4 years too late, and the best case scenario is that it's just setting up something that may never happen anyway.

I'm sure Bettany and Spader can bring some gravitas to it, and there's potentially a strong story to be told about Vision trying to recover from what was done to him, but I don't have any faith in the MCU anymore, and I'm still angry about what they did to Wanda, too angry to give the MCU another chance.
