You can see there is a difference in how they draw the lines for the eyes. Sometimes Mickey had a more white face (example: Band Concert) and sometimes it looked slightly more pink (example: Lonesome Ghosts). And occasionally he has Pac-Man eyes. The design in your images doesn't really resemble anything from the 30's, but my impression is that it's supposed to look like the Fantasia and 1940s designs (it doesn't really).
