Did the Blood magic arc salvage Cass' current run at all, or are people too checked out to care?

The upcoming arc is apparently a murder mystery in Gotham so I'm kind of looking forward to that.

Jason have magic swords. Tim is gay. Damian supposedly have immortality and regeneration in the future. Steph have boobs. Cass keeping the blood magic should had been fine.
