The whole premise of FHFIF is fucked up. Kids can create sentient life by themselves whenever they want causing more mouths to feed. They don't visibly age, and when the kids grows up they send them away to the only known orphanage that houses them so it's crowded as hell. Bloo is not the bad friend, Mac is a bad father for bringing Bloo into that fucked up world all because his big brother likes to rough house with him.

Most friends aren't great friends. They were selfish and crappy to eachother, which is pretty normal. What really matters is being able to hand a good time spending time with the bros while having that person who will be there for you when it really matters. Which they usually are. Rigby pulling the college stuff was pretty fucked though.
