>Almost halfway through 2026.>Barely any new relevant /co/ media.
>what is indie
Dragon Strikers looks alright.
>>153667835Name one good indie series that's not just a pilot pitch that was released in 2026Ersatz was first released as a mini-episode in 2025 so it doesn't count
>>153667808co doesn't want to hear the truth but AI is having a boom in making cartoons. Studios can't compete against the fact that 3D animation like this can now be made by anyone on a zero budget, instead of the millions of dollars that Pixar use to coast by on.https://x.com/Markoslavnic/status/2052797538885902418It's over for artists who don't adapt.
I was told hazbin hotel would spawn a bunch of indie series but instead of that we got a bunch of hour long rant channels
>>153669884Mate.... you should've known that wasn't going to happen from the pilot alone
>>153669884It gave us the porn video.
It is what it is>>153669878You keep sharing tech demos but haven't given us an Actual AI series to watch btw so obviously you are bluffing and I say this as someone ambivalent to AI media. Meanwhile the japanese have used the tech to make a show, not a good one that people would praise and I think it's pretty generic, even if it were traditionally made, but at least there is an AI "anime" people can point to the industry having made. In fact, they're using this technology before AI video was even good, remember that the dog and the boy. So something else is wrong with our AI bros if the west haven't gotten the industry to make a western equivalent of these yet despite.claiming the have the ability to for almost 3 years. I think it's a logistics problem. Even if a person generated an AI series right now, due to how the industry is structured it would never get a chance to air on a streaming service or major network. You can't ai generate better distribution logistics.
>>153670429>You keep sharing tech demos but haven't given us an Actual AI series to watch btw so obviously you are bluffing That's not true anymore. We now have plenty of AI generated TV episodes arriving. And they're all getting thousands to millions of views.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7cLQlbCkzghttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ-vSa9_H98https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqcH-1Rk-owhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E54A5iWz_2USo what's your excuse now?
>>153667808hey I recognize that onehttps://youtu.be/lFhtar7soZM?si=dCCrj6GHwigtvfSr
bump
>>153667808Why not just watch an old cartoons show you have never watch, duh.
