She was originally written as a younger, bubblier version of her original incarnation, so no son or previous marriage, but then they started aping her depiction in the CW Supergirl show for a bit. After Rebirth, I lost track and stopped following along, so I couldn't tell you if she got merged with her Post-Crisis counterpart after that. Someone more attentive to the current Superman runs would have to tell you what she's like now, or even if she's still a part of the supporting cast.
