If you kill your enemies, they win.

I love that the flash made a deal with his regular villains that he wont kill them or send them to the hospital for 6 months as long as they agree to not kill innocent lives. It's a win win situation and eventually lead to both parties having respect for each other. On the otherhand he will outright kill serious threats like Savitar or just yeet them into the speed force like Abracadabra. It explains why the comics can have re-occuring Villains while also allowing for one off ones as well and not making The Flash be a cuck like Batman is.
