Like episodic stories, would each separate part be a duplicate of that world that'd each be destroyed upon chapter completion, or would it all be a single world where only beating the "final chapter" triggers destruction? I liked it. It's rough but I can see it getting better as it goes. Next ep's going to have to get a bit more into exposition, but we just picked up a new character so that's a good excuse for it. This was clearly meant to be proof of concept like one would expect of a pilot, so it had points it had to hit to get stuff across. I'd say solid 8/10, sure. I liked the voice acting, though I'd say maybe Gobbles went a little harder than he needed to as some points, maybe dial it back this early in the game, but good to know you can get there.

But after the dino gives her a pep talk she's right back to being in good spirits and gets all her motivation back. That huge swing back and forth in such a short time always takes me out of it because in real world emotions don't work like that. So it feels forced in that regard. And episodic in that all the times Kit was so confident and infallible before that just went out the window, and in the same way after she got her motivation back it was an immediate and permanent shift back to normal, as if nothing ever happened. The more shows I watch the more I see this happen and they get harder to ignore.
