What would you want if Total Drama came back? Getting a third season with the reboot cast? A brand new set of characters? I kind of feel like they should stop making series with entirely new casts, personally. Including some of the younger RR characters there's like, fifty characters the writers have to work with, and that's excluding elimination fodder like Staci or Beardo. I'd rather flesh out what we have than just keep dumping the newbies over and over.

A soft reboot that just reuses the existing characters, I get why they made new casts over and over, but a big appeal of TD was seeing how the relationships between the characters changed and evolved, and since there was always limited screen time they could give to each character, a lot of them ended up underdeveloped.There's absolutely more they could've done with the first generation cast, and that goes double for the later contestants, there's even more to do if you mix and match.Alternatively, just a high school spin-off where all the students are the contestants, fuck it.
