Could a SG:C2C style show work if it was made with original characters? The only thing that comes to mind that is even remotely similar was that ZTV news thing Zone used to do, and even then that was more genuinely informative than nonsensical comedy.

>>153706710Sourcing people to interview would be tricky, and it would absolutely have to be live action interviews because half the entertainment of Coast to Coast was the bewildered expressions on the guests whenever the show went off rails. You can't fake that kind of comedy, and you can't get it with a fucking still image of an avatar.

>>153706710You'd have to be careful with the character dynamics, because a lot of the fun was Space Ghost butting heads with Zorak and Moltar. You couldn't just have your OCs have that same dynamic because everyone would just see your show as a shameless rip-off of C2C.
