Series with dood endings usually don't get discussed. Just look at Gravity Falls. Had a nice ending and the Pacifica x Dipper fags were numerous, but conversation for it is dead on this site nowadays.

This is literally a "One More Day" situation where the director made a dark ending and then pussied out to appease the fans, it's pathetic. S3 as a whole was just kinda spent entirely on bringing Spear back, to the point that they didn't even get all that much mileage out of him wandering around undead. The most I can really think to talk about is just: I wish S3 was more about the really weird and occult shit, like Spear actually having to piece himself back together in the weird lands of the afterlife, and retether his soul so that he can return to his corpse. There was just so much potential in that, and instead all we got is Spear wandering around the world in a haze for three episodes and then it's all just "oooooo will he get his memory back/return to the village NOW?"

S3 was shit for the most part, the gladiator battles against all the different tribes/races were cool though.
