It's weird to say I even didn't mind all the relationship drama, because atleast then there was still shit happening and a large cast to bounce off of. Tom has a habit of introducing interesting characters and concepts only to completely drop them (Hattie, Omega) or have no idea what to do with them (Reynard, Jones, Tony, "Courtney"), so you only really get Annie and Kat throughout the series. It lowkey makes me chuck a brick everytime he randomly gets rid of a character completely with no closure after building them up.That's kinda emblematic of the problems with the entire series. So much good buildup, but no real payoff or climax. The delivery is very british- always anticlimactic.
