The show parodies religion in a smart fashion like futurama did. Offering a good argument for faith and morality philosophically in a secular way where the show trash moral relativism.

>>153744357The writing is shitty and predictable, the art is rudimentary by modern standards, and the show is not nearly as raunchy as it tries to make itself seem, but I find the show enjoyable. I couldn't say that anyone just discovering it now would find it worthwhile, though. It makes for great nostalgia, but I'd have a hard time imagining someone watching it with fresh eyes and finding it endearing enough on its own to wan to binge it.
