>Greg Burson, the voice of Yogi Bear from the late 80s through the 90s, was a hardcore alcoholic and a gun collector. One night he got so drunk he took two women hostage at gunpoint and spent all night in a standoff with the cops. He was so drunk he began yelling at the hostage negotiator in his Yogi the Bear voice, which confused the hell out of the cops, who weren't aware of Burson's career.
>After the standoff, Burson was blacklisted from the VA industry and died two years later of "complications from diabetes" (he drank himself to death).

Bobby Driscoll, who was best known for being the kid in Song of the South and the voice of Disney's Peter Pan, struggled when he reached adulthood and Disney had no use for him anymore. Having various drug issues pile up as he struggled to get work, he died at 31 when two kids found his body in a cot surrounded by beer bottles and religious pamphlets. Nobody claimed his body as he had already divorced and made no attempt to be in his kids lives once the drug addition started. He was buried in a paupers grave. He was only identified a year later when his mother went to Disney to ask for help finding him, as his father was on his deathbed and she was hoping he could come back to California to see him before he died. He's still buried in New York instead of California with his family.

Then decades later, Disney released a Chip & Dale movie where Peter Pan was the villain who turned to crime because he couldn't get honest work after he hit puberty.

In the Archie comics, Charmy Bee was depicted as a teenager for several years.

When the character came back in Sonic Heroes as clearly a small child, the staff weren't sure how to reconcile this in terms of continuity.

So they had him stay a teenager, but get fucking brain damaged.

It was one of Ian Flynn's biggest regrets working on Sonic and he said if he could do it over again, he would do something different than have Charmy be Fucking Brain Damaged.

To cut Ian some slack, Archie editorial and apparently SEGA higher ups were telling him "This needs to be done, and it needs to be done NOW." So he didn't have a lot of time or set up to do it in.

The guy who voiced Mr Robinson from Gumball before he did Gumball did dubbing for overseas slasher movies like Zombie 7, where he gave the main lead a black southern voice.

The Timon and Pumbaa series wasn't developed as a Lion King spinoff. The creators Bobs Gannaway and Tony Craig previously worked on 2 Stupid Dogs and had another buddy comedy duo cartoon that they were developing for Cartoon Network. Disney however, got wind of this where the creators pitched what they had, and Disney went "we would like you to come up with an idea for a Timon and Pumbaa series".

That explains why it had barely anything to do with Lion King.

why didn't he just work at Mickey Ds?
>>

They could’ve just had him act a but more childish. Fuck colliding continuities
