What's with the recycled plotlines?>beat Darkseid>b-but he's not really dead>he comes back with ammased Omega Power>beat Darkseid>b-but he's not really dead>he comes back with ammased Omega Power>beat Darkseid>b-but he's not really dead>he comes back with ammased Omega PowerHuh?And publishers wonder why they're losing so much to eastern manga.
>>153791103That's clearly not the reason cause Dragonball is still going on.>New enemy from no where appears>he beats up Goku and friends>Goku gets strong and beats him>new enemy from nowhere appears>he beats up Goku and friends>Goku gets strong and beats him>new enemy from nowhere appears>he beats up Goku and friends>Goku gets strong and beats him>new enemy from nowhere appearsEtc. The reason Dragonball and most manga are still popular is because the action scenes are fun and the characters aren't written by 20 different dudes every year so they stay consistent. If Dragonball was Western Goku would have eight different reasons he becomes a giant ape, Bulma would've been fridged, and Yamcha would be omniversal, and all the fight scenes would be static as fuck.
>>153791551People were already tired of it in Dragonball so writers made a tiny goofy robot the ultimate God with overpowered ability to simply erase anybody from existence at a whim. Infinite power scaling stopped long time ago, nowadays DB focuses on spinoffs and stories in the middle of older story arcs, or just having yet another tournament arc.
>>153791551>Bulma would've bee fridgedHow long ago would it have to have been made for that to be possible?
>>153791551Yamcha is already omniversal.
