The Sopranos already resolved all of its big plot points by the time they had the gimmick ending. It felt like they just decided to fill out the rest of their time with some weird David Lynch crap for shits and giggles

The leaked movie just leaves like 90% of the show's subplots completely up in the air, and what little they did resolve feels half-baked.

Ironically, despite having like 3 minutes missing on purpose, DC is the one that feels like it isn't finished.

I'm a Jax hater but I wanted him to live with his guilt, and carry the torch of those who he hurt.
The idea of Ribbit facing the worst fate available in the setting through no fault of her own, only to be forgotten by the person she opened up to, seems way too cruel. It's like a whole person got erased just to increase Jax drama.

This is like almost the exact inverse of the Sopranos finale. Unless you mean the show as a whole in which case they're not even remotely comparable even just in terms of character development or run times.
