Dick is usually in New York or Bludhaven, is just retarded batfags writer obsessed to him being there.Batwoman ,catwoman or even Cass are not fixed to one city.Jason at first was not in one city only but the last years they forced him to stay like they tried to dick in the late 00s and early 10sBarbara should stay retired, although right now is in bludhaven.Only Tim and Damian (and I guess Duke) are in the city , and Damian sometimes go to other cities.
