Them being able to have Caine prevent new arrivals is honestly the gayest part. The ending was comically and conveniently positive in every aspect except Jax's fate. I think this discrepancy is probably the biggest problem. There should have been a couple more sad elements. Like more people still being able to get stuck there and characters needing to basically help them fit in as a responsibility.

I’m happy every relevant thing was wrapped up and the series works as a cohesive whole. Ragatha finally got her hug and smiled and Abstragedy got to fuck. Caine was a bit rushed but I’m happy that wasn’t the end of him and he’s happy and part of the team. The post-show era is still a place that’s fun to fantasize about and that is good for the health of the fanbase. I hate the idea of showing the real life forms but I will admit they made it suck as little as it possibly can.
