After the multiple "let's sit down and talk about our feelings for 5 minutes" scenes in this series and how Jax's deal with the frog was still a mystery by episode 8 I was totally expecting the finale to be one long therapy session where someone would go through the metaphor for suicide that's been mentioned 2 billion times. I think the finale's biggest flaw is that Pomni being able to enter abstract Jax's psyche just by touching him with the power of friendship makes it look like Kinger didn't actually care about his abstract wife? Also Cain just being able to throw out the evil part of his personality was stupid. But as someone who hasn't been autistically invested in theorycrafting this show's lore for 3 years I thought the movie was mostly good.
