Caine wouldn't stop you if it didn't get in the way of the adventures.If it was me I would bully Gangle similarly toJax, because she does actually like it, but I wouldn't stop there. I would also cause Ragatha a lot of physical harm, which would be fun because she's a doll, and squeeze her even when she didn't want me to. I would always emphasize Zooble's femininity when talking to them, calling them little lady, that they're cute when they're angry, and so on. Needless to say, a lot of his harassment would have a sexual element too.

In retrospect, maybe that scenario would have been a better fit instead of the cuckdog thing in the finale. Gangle didn't have many fans by that point, so it wouldn't have been that big of a loss. That dilemma maybe is too off topic for what they were going for perhaps. The June 2nd release time window so soon after episode 8 for a whole hour of animation was maybe too much for an independent project that I feel could have held off to August without it being too huge a gap between episode 8 and episode 9. But it does sound like they mostly went off stuff written by goose word years ago so that thought could be wrong, it has strengths like in episode 8's callbacks and continuity but it falls flat hard in ep 9.
I'm starting to think it was a mistake to split 7 and 8 into two episodes. If it had gone straight into Caine going mad and kept more of a breakneck pace, maybe things would have felt like they flowed better into one another, a crisis after another until it becomes too much. Then it might feel less like Jax's development was just undone, if he was still in the immediate aftermath of picrel without the luxury of processing timeThen the sequence of events would be that he almost abstracts in 7(/8) and follows through in the very next episode, so you wouldn't feel so jerked around(I know, the show needed more episodes, not less. I'm more spit balling what the structural intent might have been, and why it went awry. Heck, the fact that 7/8 had to be split should have been the indicator of "we need more episodes overall, and to rethink the overall structure of this thing")
