I think the pacing especially around the beginning is bad. I understand that Jax abstracting is deliberately quick and meant to take you off guard but everything around that was weird too. They accept Caine being dead and being brainscans too quickly, and the moment between Ragatha and Pomni drags on weirdly long without proper setup. Having the previous episode play directly before it really emphasizes this too.Generally though its a good ending. You can tell that Jax's unhealthy mindset is really what Goose wanted to get across and it overwhelmingly has the best executed scenes supporting it.

Saw the finale just now. We had a really great theater with people who stayed quiet and nice. I liked it more than I thought, it was a lot better in theaters. Voice actors did a great job. Overall, 7.5/10.

I don't get the cheering against "jaxfags" and/oe the supposed jaxfags sobbing over the ending. Jax was probably in my top 3 favorites, maybe top 2, and I think the ending he got was completely appropriate for what the story was trying to tell. If he got saved after everything he did it wouldn't sit right with me. I like his character a lot and glad he got the screentime he did. The movie still should have been longer to let others shine though. The pacing in general was ass.
