You can't have two characters have an antagonistic relationship without shippers bringing up the "sexual tension". I can't see what others like about it and I think it's just a fucking fetish. It's a pretty lame and tired fetish if you ask me. When done right it can be effective in stories but you can't have the characters be that antagonistic without it feeling like a massive asspull imo. My issue is that my favorite rivalries are when two characters just hate each other, no respect given
