Finally watched the finale after miraculously avoiding spoilers. I very much enjoyed it. Credit to the people who predicted the brainscan thing. It worked better than I thought it would. My life changed a lot even since Episode 8. I have my first full-time job now. I guess I’m still too much like Jax, even if my job is better than being a mailman. But Gooseworx is a smart writer. She understood her characters well and what type of people they would be. Gooseworx and Glitch also developed so much visually and this new episode really looked amazing. And any time I get hit with the Stevie Wonder, I will be 100% on board. Great episode, great series. I don’t know what else to say. Bravo. I had fun. I found this series basically by accident and I’m glad I did.

I think all art should endeavor to depict the some aspect of the good and bad in the world and in humanity and do so in a way that's pleasing to the senses. That unfortunately means that sadness, death, and bittersweetness must also exist. As much as I would have liked there to have been a way to reverse Abstraction (and I think it wouldn't have been too hard to handwave with some technobabble), it carries more weight for Abstraction to be irreversible.
