Finally catching one of these as they happen. It's an entertaining enough read, but unfortunately not as good as I remember the Thundercats and Injustice Crossovers being. It's both trying to be a bit too serious for He-Man (mostly the grimness) but also suffers from the quippiery of the era. I also don't recall the later crossovers bothering me in this way, but we'll see.

It also clearly suffers from typical comic book ongoing problems. Things were solid enough until the end of the first Hordak arc. But then we're off to a Justice League crossover and then we're back to some Snake Men and there's very clearly differences of opinion in direction and what to focus on shifting as we do. Even stuff like Teela, Moss Man, and Stratos showing up out of nowhere here >>154363249 is classic reorganization of plans feeling.
