Burns is the most interesting one imo. If he remembers you in a positive way he'll take good care of you. I suppose it depends on what 'work for' means in the context. Work directly for him (ie he's your direct report), might be second best after Buck. But in a low level fuckery like Homer/Carl/Lenny, once you don't move waves it'll be fine. IF you moves waves badly like Homer, you're fucked.

No, he's actually good at the business side of running a restaurant, since his food sucks but he's still more successful than Bob, who has the exact opposite problem: he's a genuinely talented and creative cook, but he sucks at actually running a restaurant and constantly makes questionable business decisions, so despite the quality of his food, his restaurant is always circling the drain. If Bob and Jimmy could put their differences aside and work together, with Bob handling the cooking and Jimmy handling the business, they'd be even more successful together, but then there wouldn't be a show so that ain't happening.
