As a huge fan of anime (I've watched five Ghibli movies and whatever shonen show was popular at the time) yeah it's pretty hard to beat Avatar.

It started out really good, good world building, a bigger world than Avatar, an exciting storyline, good characters, racial differences between elves and humans, and a fleshed out backstory. But then it went full woke. 4 race mixing couples, half the characters are gay, transgenderism shoved on to us, A mute lesbian dyke aunt marrying a black elf. Avatar really didn't have much woke stuff in it at all. Toph was blind, but she was a great character. The Avatar world only went woke in the final episode of Korra.
