I woke up early for this on accident and I regret it because sleep is important. I'm so groggy/grumpy right now so pardon any incoherenceI genuinely do not care for Stolas at this point. This is really, just irritating to witness sudden NTR, after everything. And Loona screwed over her own dad that she came off as so unlikable. And it's that conflict that makes it such a compelling story and will be satisfying from Octavia's side to see her go through these experiences, spend a day in her dad's shoes, navigate all this and go through that personal growth to come to understand some amount of her dad's actions. I wish I had more free time right now but I can't stop thinking about these episodes. The lesson here is: as a writer, don't develop character favoritism. It's one thing for a fan to have a favorite but when the writer hyperfixates on one, the rest of the project caves in and the only other character that fits this is Jax from TADC. The more I dwell on what has happened, the more disappointed I feel with what's become of the narrative once you could tell that bird became the favorite. No matter how many justifications I see for that owl, none of it will hold the test of time. Once upon a time, I was a Last Jedi defender and at the time, I thought it was great/semi in denial over what became of Star Wars. It took something worse for me to realize in retrospect, the writing was no good and I believe that however this season ends (allegedly Blitz is going to suffer more), it's not going to be pretty for the fanbase
