I can't enjoy unbirth if it's just someone inside of pussy, without anything about getting trapped inside of the womb for a prolonged stay. Even then, it's best if there's consequences to it. A transformation, or imprinting caused by rebirth.
The scenarios where after getting unbirthed, someone is changed to resemble their mother are my favorite. Species change stuff is good, but it's also great if it's subtle. Just an eye color or hair color change is enough.
Imprinting is very under explored. Imagine that for whatever reason, someone decides to get unbirthed by their friend, and is surprised when they're born that they can't see eachother as just friends anymore. The mother can't stop their maternal instincts that have been put in overdrive, and the character unbirthed becomes timid and dependent around their new mom.
