But it was about 2 schoolgirls, and the other one was envious for whatever reason and she had been mixing in growth hormones in the other girls food, and her breasts had slowly grown to the size of basketballs and she was really stressed about it, visiting doctors etc. I think the manga ended with the jealous girl blindfolding the other girl and pushing her in to a room full of rapists or something.
