The introduction has some good concepts laid out, but the text itself needs more oompf to it, as it reads kind of bland right now. If 'low mana' was intended to be the first sign of small penis, then that's a really good concept in greens/stories that's not done nearly enough.
The part afterwards suffers similarly. Town having protective seals is good, but it doesn't make much sense with it being common to be attacked/killed. Perhaps just say a famous adventure party went through town and cleared a local dungeon, so the MC has false confidence/plus his own like of the forest. This also gives a good lead-in to the succubi being there, perhaps she survived the adventure party and is either looking for them for revenge or is just desperate to feed.
Personal advice but I wouldn't say what amounts to "the calm breeze makes me enjoy my calmness". There's a time and place to re-use words close together but this is not it.
The jump to "a few minutes into your walk" is way too abrupt.

The suddenly pin yous down bit is, again, kinda awkward. I guess this part you decide on how much the MC knows about succubi, because I feel like he should be more worried about being drained and not killed.
Do you really need to mention her strength over him again? You can bring up another, renewed struggle when he realizes what she's really trying to do, but there's no need to bring up that she out-powers him.
This is another personal option but I like the stripping part to be drawn out in SPH, which you did, but I also like it to be more visceral, actually describing her actions/what she's taking off as a whole.
Probably don't need that many periods. three is fine for a transition.
