Leane of Evil Blade 1&2 might come close to what you want.

That's just weird to me. Once you've seen one, you've seen them all. At the very least NPCs could each have their own reactions based on some kind of personality system to actions taken, but it was all very primitive and too generalized to my taste.
It actually made me realize that I preferred the walls of text in CoC/2 more. Each time you sexed someone it was a unique "experience" (until you did it again, of course).

Assuming you're the mod author, I only recently started playing but it's pretty fucking peak. Actually picked up Darkest Dungeon at a friend's recommendation purely for the mod.
My one sole complaint is that the futa doggirl that replaced the rabid hound gives your characters the beast kink but never fucks them. I frankly have no idea how complex DD modding is, but I'd cum buckets if they became grapplable if they had the appropriate kink for it.
Probably would be somewhat unbalanced to have a common and even repeatedly spawning enemy with some bosses able to grab players, but it'd be fucking hot so I certainly wouldn't mind

If difficulty is a concern, maybe adding some kind of "weak" grapple that breaks on first hit (rather than enemy death like most of them) would work. Splash the grappler with an AOE attack and get your character back and the difficulty is much lower than losing them for most of the fight, especially if it's your frontliner or a focus target character like musketeer that's busy getting bent over

If you've played a DL version, you'll note the game's name is different too - "True Colors" with the trans flag favicon - which should set your expectations. Which I think is the real problem with trying to find a good trap game. Replaying through the genocide games, CoC1&2, TiTS, a few mods for CoC, as well as FoE, I must say I equally appreciate and hate the tf system in CoC2. Getting specific transformations is easier than ever, but the system is completely useless. Besides rather autistic inserts of [player race here] or [penis type], it has no effect. At least the original gave you some unique gameplay mechanics, perks, or attacks. Playing on mobile and not using a save editor for TiTS or CoC was awful. Trying to make any kind of specific character for me tools way too much save scumming. TiTS is also way buggier than I remember, and I never even went past the pirate asteroid base, which has been in game for many years. All three of my characters ended up with weird fucking glitches. My one has a penis that was like 6.000000015 inches somehow. I also have to ask what the fuck is up with all the cuckold content in CoC2. Every companion I found had options to watch them fuck other characters, and there were way too many self insert npcs. Somehow we go from Etheryn wanting to be a real woman to cucking the player with some out of nowhere character because heirs am I right? I shouldn't be surprised I guess. For all of fenoxos flaws at least he likes women with dicks and not men with tits like savin. Etheryn should've just been a trap. Playing through fall of eden since it last updated was surprisingly fun. I didn't play with the tf system at all but I found all the content and characters to be genuinely enjoyable. A shame the creator just disappeared. Same with Cloud10, I think it was called. I also really noticed how unnecessarily long the sex scenes in TiTS and CoC2 have become. Crazy that early scene in TiTS or single paragraphs in CoC do it for me more than 10k words. I also find it annoying just how much writing in CoC2 has player dialogue. For any self insert story that's a massive no no.
