The corrupted girls want to resurrect the main villain, but they need the male lead's power to do so (In the main games, he has been giving them power via sex). He's still technically a man while untransformed (looks like a girl but has a dick) but the more he loses the feeling of being a man the more feminized he'll become. So the corrupted heroines slowly gaslight him into feeling more girly while sending monsters (who have very specific fetishes like boob sucking or feminine manners) that force him to transform into a magical girl to defeat.There's a full corruption ending, where the lead gets fully corrupted and gives birth to the main villain and becomes one of his two main wives alongside his former gf. But there's also a true ending, where the lead manages to beat the corrupted heroines, but is still permanently transformed into a girl.
