Imagine how it must feel to be all twisted up and how all you could do is wobble around (assuming you're animate at all). You may not even be twisted up in a way that aligns with your features on the balloon. Maybe you get twisted into a balloon dog backwards and your face is the tail and your bottom is the head. Maybe you're part of a larger sculpture and you're knotted together with other dozens of other balloons. Maybe the person doing the twisting isn't so good at it and you end up as some amalgamation of knots and twists that doesn't resemble anything at all.This doesn't even get into how fragile and disposable a form like that is...
