Meh, I like it.
What I really hate is some of the writers. Many of the side characters are just the same characters with slight variations. Meanwhile, other characters aren't fleshed out enough. CoC2 especially makes the player character a grunt that exists to be used and thrown away.

I'm trying to remember a game I found on itch.io that I can't seem to find now. I don't remember the name of the game, but I do remember that it was a text based game where you would choose things like breast/ass size and general appearance at the start. The game had a heavy focus on stuffing and weight gain and would update your character appearance as you changed it. There were different zones you could go to with random events. One of them was a sentient diner that would feed you, another was a pit of grease you could fall into that had parasites that would make you hungrier.
Does anyone know the name of the game?

No fucking kidding. This is taking over 4 IRL days to do so far. I'm on day 211 It's insane.
Between the requirements to unlock all the outfits and Gwylan asking for hard to get produce before the next hypno session it's just a soul crushing grind.
The latest thing the cunt is asking me for is flowers from the fucking Island which I have seeds for yes but they will take almost 2 in game weeks to grow.
It wouldn't be so bad if you could do things with or for Gwylan in the meantime that wasn't on a week long cooldown. Maybe it changes when you actually get into relationship status with them but I don't know.
I am sincerely hoping the upgraded version of rhe feat boost for Gwylan's shop lets you start with all outfits unlocked because otherwise you essentially need to ruin your player character to get the grind Gwylan done.

The state of the wiki makes grinding some aspects of the game very frustrating. I don't think it's that out of date though. When did Avery's mansion get added? If it's an old save maybe it's old Avery content conflicting with new Avery content?

I'd like to try Avery's new content. Like Gwylan it seems like one of those things you'd need to dedicate the save to or otherwise heavily focus on. UNLIKE Gwylan I won't have to do Gwylan's content to progress Avery's content. I'm sure one of the unlockable pieces of clothing from Gwylan's shop is related to Avery's parties.

Just finished One potion please and really enjoyed it. It got its final story update last week and can be considered a basically completed game playable from start to finish(though I think the dev is planning a few more minor updates, like a gallery).
The game plays like papers please, but you need to sell cursed potions based on various conditions instead. The game takes inspiration from point and click games as well so that you have to collect, combine and utilize various artifacts, both mundane and magical over the course of the game to progress. The game switches things up enough and is short enough to not overstay its welcome with a playtime of about 5-10 hours, it's just about the right length for this type of game. Oh yeah, and it's also made in godot.

As for the fetish content, the cursed potions cause various transformations, from basic stuff like butt and breast expansion to more niche ones like goblin/shortstack transformation. There's also niche fetishes that are dealt with like bimbofication, clownification(optional for you pansies out there) and ridiculous proportions. There's no actual h-scenes, but the entire setting is instead just lewd and silly and there's various erotic situations that occur. You'll see a regular fantasy setting slowly warp into a more lewd and silly h-game as more and more of the town is affected by the consequences of your actions. You'll see repeat customers slowly change both mentally and physically over the course of the game each of which have a nice little arc to them.

The writing is fine and whilst the length of text does increase as the game goes on, the game does well to earn the build up of lengthier passages later on (I actually wish more devs took note not to have a huge lore and text dumps at the start and instead just expounded on the setting as the game went on).
The graphics are simple but fine. Most of the budget went into the various variations and poses on the character sprites and there's quite a lot of them too.

Overall I'd say its a great and unique game and would highly recommend it (also, the price is ridiculously cheap and definitely worth it). Doubly so if you got a thing for transformations.

CoCX is bloated to shit but it has a few good features and also contains everything from the CoC expanded mod anyways. 8ch CoC mod is there if you like lolisho and/or snuff but otherwise has nothing worthwhile.

lolimod, the occassional rewrite to avoid putting exact dialogue in the champion's mouth is nice and the only critically important feature from unofficial expansion (triple exploration per hour) was kept. More lukewarm about the rest of the new characters/options, but that's still better than the last few characters added in vanilla. Haven't played xianxia enough to judge its full overhaul relative to the other options.

Seems so. I'm at 89% love and 97% lust for Gwylan and the only outfits I have left to unlock are the prison outfit, the asylum outfit, the great hawk outfit and the familiar collar itself.
As of right now I can do the full purging ritual with her involving hunting eachother and then fucking eachother but the only thing I can do with that is raise or lower lust.

The one consistent reaction I've seen from /d/evs over and over is surprise at HOW people are playing their game. FCdev never expected someone would play FC for over 100 weeks, for example. Transformation devs express confusion when someone plays their game "for the plot" instead of diving head-first into their chosen fetish. Devs who put in death/failure fallback mechanics respond with surprise when someone shares a build optimized to avoid death/failure. "Purity" runs frequently arise as player-imposed challenges first, and only when the dev becomes aware that someone is playing their rapemurder simulator 20XX as the lord's cleanest little lamb does "angel" content support get added officially.

NTA. A big reason for why they're playing the game in a way the /d/evs did not expect, imho (and personal experience), is because the way they intented to usually sucks ass, dick and balls. You have "morality-based" games where the protagonist can only be a passive doormat, has to have been raped 1 million times to like sex, liking sex makes the protag evil and/or insane and the morality of the world in general is so fucked up (even by porn standards) that it feels hypocritical to have a morality system in the first place, "transformation" games where the transformations are completely pointless and even caring for them makes every other aspect of the game worse and don't get me started on "battle fuck" games...
