I think youve been duped. Silicone can withstand temps of around 400-500F (204-260C). It also doesnt melt, it turns to ash.
The only way silicone can "melt" is from solvents.
Most likely you got a jelly, pvc, vinyl, crappy tpe, or some other random weird material that isnt stable. Or even tin cure silicone which is rare but is an unstable silicone (platinum and peroxide cure are the stable ones).

What dildos do you have?

I wasnt able to really get things going until I got a glass dildo. Having a hard material makes it less work to poke at the spots you want so theres a higher chance you figure it out. And theres less time needing to build up sensation.
At least that's why I think it helped me. Im fine using silicone dildos now but they did nothing for me at the start.

Stainless steel is a nice hard material too but it took me a lot of figuring out to get the njoy wand working. YMMV
