Maybe some really high grade slaves get auctions, but the vast majority of slaves are just livestock. It's only right they're bought from a aisle. Remember that slaves don't understand money, they have no idea what its like to buy things because they're the things being bought, so if you want to scold one when she's being especially difficult you need to relate her price to what she can understand. Most slaves are worth many years of bare minimum gruel rations, but if you have a personal slave that you try to make as pleasurable as possible then all the human hygiene and makeup you buy her makes her far more expensive to maintain. Mine was a bargain bin bitch to begin with, so I tell her that I bought her for 10 months worth of her current rations, and a beast like her could always be consigned to the mines if she isn't grateful. It helps their tiny minds understand just how much they really mean to the world, and how lucky they are to have a Master at all.

Some crawl over to the metal grating and watch you, pressing their chests against the bars. Others sit still and don't move. Evidently, some like your look better than some who have walked in the store before. They're willing to take their chances and hope that you're a more benevolent master than one that may come later and pick her out. Many have marks on their knuckles and on the top of their fingers, evidently from being told to stick their hand out the metal grates of their enclosures and whipped if they made a peep when a customer was in the store. You roam around, idly browsing the merchandise on display. Digital signs sit along the bottom of every cage listing not just the price of the individual, but her height, weight, allergies, general state of health, ethnicity, and any medical history that is relevant to the purchase decision. Like browsing a dealership for a new car, you carefully begin perusing the displays. It becomes obvious to you that the less desirable women are in the bottom cages, not an advantageous position to be sold quickly. Higher quality women are at chest height, though they come with a hefty price increase compared to the bargain bin floor girls. Perhaps you can get a good deal.
