If all you're trying to do is emphasize the size, then it's great, but if you want the picture to be more than "girl big", then being stuck to that particular camera position/angle holds you back from being able to depict things without the POV distortion causing a lot of issues. The easiest example is that a human face looks bizarre when you really see it from below, moreso when it's an anime face, since they aren't structurally designed to be viewed from that angle (which is why so many POV pictures have the character looking down at the viewer). So if you want to have a character looking at something other than the ground while making a particular expression and not have end up with some weird nose-chin monstrosity up there, you have to get really creative. And that's assuming you can even see the face without the breasts or a skirt or whatever getting in the way.Not to say it can't be done; it certainly can, but it is a lot more of a challenge to do it while working around the problems it creates. That said, the solutions to those problems sometimes make for even more interesting pictures since it forcibly puts the "it looks this way because of the size and POV" aspect front and center.

There's a picture floating around on the Internet of Scout from TF2 in this super dynamic pose that looks great from the camera's perspective, and then you see the pose from the side and Scout's body is completely fucked and stretched. You don't notice it from the original because the body is broken specifically for that camera angle. This is done a ton in 3D animated films.The point is, you'd probably have to break the models to make them look good from a first person perspective. It isn't exactly hard to do but it takes a lot longer to do, especially if you're animating. If I was doing that, I'd definitely show the same shot/sequence from another angle.
