The mechanical pencil I take out and about for notes and stuff is a Staedtler Mars Micro 0.9mm specifically because it's not as fragile and also not $30-50, I do still use actual carpenters pencils and marking knives for stuff like woodworking.Also I'm gonna shout out the Uniball Air, it always lays down lots of ink on basically any surface, the porous tip shits all over even the best ball points.
Fuck all of you, I'll lose and break my pencils as many times as I want to.
