You'll have to pull the carpet up to know if it's just damage to the carpet or to the subfloor as well.

>>2942712You'd have to hire an electrician and HVAC if you want that minisplit wiring concealed. Sooner or later it will be permits and inspector too. I think the minis have some ugly lines on the exterior of the house. Maybe you'll need a painter to caulk all the new holes.
