>>2942706I too like the side switch ones. Lock it on and let er eat! Also based for not running the guard. And having a forklift too...
>>2942632based, it's such a nice grinder. probably my favorite corded one, I like Makita LXT one for cordless, but never tried a DeWalt one and I kinda regret going for that platform first, instead of DeWalt (or at least XGT), as I prefered every DeWalt tool I tried over Makita. so far I have a 90Nm compact drill, because Makita DHP458 was too fucking bulky and didn't fit anywhere, 2 batteries and a 18v/flexvolt compatibile charger, in case I ever want to buy one of those 54V tools.
>>2942808Side switches suck ergonomically for just about everything, you want to lock them on just so you can grip it like you want.Depending on the task and angle, paddle and/or top switch is the move. I never even use lock on when I have it with those. A good paddle switch and a brake is perfect control.
>>2942632My good Ole boy got me out of a jam today. I had to saw though my cars ball joint. The big top nut rounded and could not be removed.. not a problem. Shreeeeeeezzzz!!! Job done. The new ones on. BTW. I dont think it matters which brand you have. This shiz is all the same.

>>2945010I'll have to get me some of those good air angle grinders and try em out. They do look like they could fit in some tighter spaces than an electric angle grinder. >>2945020>>needle slinger>>no guard>Not a game I want to play.Weak.
