Comes with a battery and charger. 40$, yay or nay?
>>29430922ah battery is pretty useless
>>2943092Parkside on sale is always good for the money. But you should probably save up a little and at least buy the black tools, Parkside Performance, they're a bit less shitty. Count on having to buy a 4Ah battery either way, not that they charge much for it.
>>2943092In what currency does 4499.00 equal 40 bucks? Genuinely curious.
>>2943105probably Serbia
>>2943092>Number of strokes: 26400 min-1What the hell is this?
>>2943092Never heard about this brand but if it holds together from regular use...Eventually you'll need a new and bigger battery. Can you actually obtain this battery? If not, then it's junk. Once companies stop making replacement batteries, your stuff becomes obsolete. In my country there is an online classifieds called Kijiji and we can get all kinds of tools on there. I got a brand new Dewalt drill, 2 brand new 2ah batteries, a charger and a carry bag for $60. For my light duty around the house, this is perfect. For pro level use I'd need a bigger battery but the drill is pro level. People get this stuff as gifts (or it might even be stolen for all I know) sometimes and just need to flip it to get liquid money. I'd suggest looking at a local classifieds first so you can go see it and touch it and try it before buying. Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Rigid are all decent brands.
>>2943105>>2943116This anon got it>>2943099is the diff that big? I want to make furniture with it and need to drill 35mm hinge holes. And maybe occasional brick drilling. Or should I save up for a Dewalt/makita >>2943099>>2943123Yea a 4ah one is ~30$ and an 8ah one is ~70$, so Idk if its still worth it to spend 70-110$ with a battery...
>>2943126Personally, I'd save up and buy a better drill that others in your area own should you ever need or want to help a friend/neighbor or visa versa. But if cash is tight then this will get your furniture together for sure. Does it have any warranty on the tool? Batteries either work or they don't. They don't usually warranty a battery unless it simply was defective.Anyhow, again, I'd save up for a better tool you'll have for your lifetime. But if cash is tight, this will get you in the door and probably get all you need done around the house. Just don't expect longevity out of it. So I'd assume its throwaway basically. So lifetime tool vs *throwaway tool. You decide what fits your budget. * Only reason I say throwaway tool is because I know nothing about that brand.
I would recommend the Bosch professional 12V series, you can grab those for like 90 bucks, and they are plenty of powerful for home use, while still being handy and small. Only downside they have is just the 10mm drill chuck.
>>2943134>>2943136You guys sound like AI, say nigger pls
>>2943126>is the diff that big?The Performance is about on par with the entry level Makita/[other brand], maybe slightly better, while still letting you (usually) use the cheapo batteries. This drill is advertised at 45Nm but in reality is probably a bit less, the entry level Makita is 60Nm. The problem with name brands is that the batteries are just very expensive, while Parkside batteries are very cheap, usually half the price of name brand ones. >8AhDon't buy an 8Ah for a drill, it's gonna be very large and heavy. Even the 4Ah you don't as much need for the extra runtime, but because the 4Ah can deliver more current and achieves better power/torque. Cordless tools are almost all noticeably weaker on the small 1.5-2Ah batteries. >all the "never heard about this brand"Parkside is a huge cheapo Euro brand, sold by Lidl. It's kind of like cheaper HF stuff, but all under one umbrella instead of arbitrarily naming it different things. It's rather unlikely to just randomly disappear.
>>2943126>its still worth it to spend 70-110$ with a battery..if this will make you feel better, a single 8ah battery for my bosch professional tools costs about 250€
>>2943211>250eurobuckswhat the actual fuck? thank god my croatian grandmother slept her way to america.
>>2943117High-speed masturbation!
>>2943092Buy an older Metabo instead. Around 50€ and actually will survive a few bigger screws
