Boys (girls, middle genders, etc), I found this cool lamp but I have no idea what this socket is. ChatGPT suggested a few options, they are all bullshit, and I would absolutely hate to replace the socket.Help me identify this socket so I can get this lamp running. The center circle opening is 10mm in diameter, the rest of it is 1/4" wide. The socket itself is 1" in diameter. Side slits are 5/8" x 1/8"
No idea on that socket type but post a pic of the entire lamp. It might honestly be easier to switch it over to a standard Edison base socket rather than fuck around with oddball bulbs.
>>2944903Just buy a bunch of bulbs and see what fits
>>2944903They make 10, 11 and 12mm candelabra bulbs. Probably one of those
>>2944903E12 base? candle tip bulbs with the small base
I want to say it's for either pic related and >>2944944
>>2944944I will try the E12.>>2944931bruh, I already tried that... all failed, even the weird ones. If E12 fails, I will swap the socket out.
>>2944972>bruh, I already tried that... all failed, even the weird ones. If E12 fails, I will swap the socket out.The interior metal looks bent in a way that should short circuit. Is that metal in the socket one piece of metal or two?
>>2944903e10. you can see the threads
>>2944982two pieces. one on the side, one at the bottom.
