I have a nightstand drawer with no stops, so the drawer just comes out if I pull it too far. How do I fix it?

The drawer is very simple. There is just two grooves on either side of the drawer and they slide onto the grooves on the inside of the dresser.

Glue a piece of wood to the top of the nightstand such that the back of the drawer hits it just before it falls out. Try to make it such that it's still possible to wiggle the drawer out, just in case.
Alternative could be driving screws to act as stops, but higher risk of damaging the top.

Glue a little magnet to the drawer and a magnetic surface or another magnet to the inside

A rubber band won’t last long, but if you use a string, that’s a winrar
