Had to do PMs on a bunch of AC units recently, a few of them on roofs with those tiny caged ladders where my size 13 boots barely fit the rungs, and the pouch is so much easier to bring than even a small tool bag and has everything I need to get in the unit. Small clamp meter comes along if necessary.

>>2947525I had a similar setup for my frequently-used tools, though they've all diffused into my tool chest now that I'm settled in a house that isn't falling apart like the old one was. One thing you didn't mention that I always found really useful was lineman or ironworker pliers, they're surprisingly versatile. I also use dykes a ton, for snipping zipties off of packaged things if nothing else. I also really like this Klein driver with the long adjustable shank, btw. Basically lets you have a full-size and stubby driver in one. The tradeoff is a fatass handle but if I can deal with it with my tiny size M glove baby hands it's not really an issue.
