WTF you think about starting something like this as a Okie/Hillbilly slumlord?I'm think about a semi-retirement home with some acreage outside Tulsa or maybe somewhere in AR/TN/KY or...???I'm looking for a place with a couple acres or more, but most importantly I want it next to bigger Open Spaces that would be defacto mine. :)I think I could do something similar, but I'd be more like 30mins to city instead of an hour.I don't know shit about wells, septic or running power lines and meters, or even rural trash pick up.What problems would their be, besides Hicks dumping motor oil on the ground or into the septic?
