They always talk about paint thinner, but what about paint THICCener?

If you thinned your paint too much, you royally fucked up.

Never heard of getting high off of brake cleaner before.

It's called medium. You might not be able to reasonably buy it for your given choice of paint, but if you can then you add raw medium to the paint and it'll become thicker but more translucent. Can't help the translucent part, adding anything to paint makes it more translucent because you dilute the pigment with the additive, but the paint itself would become thicker.

Add more paint to increase its density

No matter how much more paint you add, it will never be the same as before. There will always be at least one molecule of thinner in there.

Yes, but you don't want it to be the same because you were adding thinner for a reason.

Water based paints have rheological additives you can add, but the average person isn't going to have them. Something like Acrysol TT-935 will get most paint THICC with just a small amount. But that's only for water based paints. Many thickeners in paints are pH activated, so you can sometimes increase the thickness if you add some ammonia, although I've never tried doing it with household ammonia concentrations...
Solvent based paint you're kind of screwed if you go too thin. We used to just agitate the tanks to try and burn off the solvent, and that works a little bit but it takes forever.

Isn't that just solid plaster with filler? Seems like a shitty solution.

the people who do aren't here to tell you about it

Oh someone with industry knowledge does solvent based paint not suffer from shear damage? Most of the time our water based paint needed some additive when it became to thin from stirring over the weekend.
